1Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on 3D Seven Layers (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue using the platform.

2Products, Characteristics & Variations

All products featured on 3D Seven Layers are manufactured using additive technologies with eco-friendly polymer composites.

• Layer Lines & Surface Texture: Due to the nature of 3D layered fabrication, subtle horizontal layer lines, slight color nuances, and micro-textures are inherent to the craftsmanship and do not constitute manufacturing flaws.
• Dimensions: Quoted dimensions (length × width × height in millimeters) represent nominal target sizes with standard industry precision tolerances.
• Use & Thermal Exposure: Standard decorative and desk accessories should not be exposed to prolonged direct sunlight exceeding 55°C unless specifically fabricated in high-temperature engineering filaments.

3Pricing, Invoicing & Payments

• All prices listed on the platform are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted otherwise.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment authorization.
• We reserve the right to revise catalog prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Confirmed orders will be fulfilled at the purchase price paid.

4Custom Orders & Client Submissions

When submitting reference files, images, or dimensional instructions for custom orders:

• You affirm that you possess all intellectual property rights, licenses, or authorizations necessary to produce the requested model.
• You agree not to submit any designs intended for weapons, restricted military items, or content violating Indian laws or intellectual property rights.
• We reserve the absolute right to decline custom manufacturing requests that violate safety standards, copyright laws, or ethical guidelines.

5Intellectual Property Rights

All original content, 3D digital geometries, photography, brand identity, trademarks, and user interface elements created by 3D Seven Layers are the exclusive property of 3D Seven Layers and are protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

Purchasing a physical item grants you ownership of the physical object only and does not transfer any digital reproduction, commercial molding, or redistribution rights.

6Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, 3D Seven Layers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. In any case, our total aggregate liability for any proven claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product order giving rise to the claim.

7Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or controversy arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
