5Shipment Tracking
Once your order is handed over to the courier, an automated email and SMS notification containing your Air Waybill (AWB) Tracking Number and direct tracking portal link will be dispatched immediately.
6Damaged in Transit Protocol
In the rare event that your package arrives with visible outer damage or a broken product, please take 2-3 clear photos/videos of the package and item, and notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@3dsevenlayers.com.
